I don't even know if people read blogs anymore (I do) but I created this project to have a space to share my own journey of "inner-work." What the heck is "inner-work?"

Inner-work is the entirely challenging, yet incredibly gratifying journey of self-love that we all must do to fall in love again with the child within. 

​

It's an invitation to go deep, be playful, and get to know the truest version of you again. Who we are as kids is the most pure, innocent, and malleable version of ourselves. When we re-look at the little girl within, and listen to her voice, we can truly bloom. We can rise to become the woman He always meant us to be.
